Subject: The Fake Jam

OK so this Jam reunion thing is gaining more profile - been all over the BBC news yesterday, with interviews too it seems.. (Recorded it last night but not seen yet - my Mum told me!)

Can't see how another singer is gonna cut it, and what about the the small matter of being the only guitar??

I'm of the opinion that PW will eventually cave in to the rewards on offer, it's too big to ignore..

But I can't stand the thought of a middle-aged Jam playing slowed down versions of all the pop stuff at Finsbury Park a la Madness, with middle aged mums all doing a crap 80's can-can to "..Malice".

For it to work for me it would have to be gigs like the Civic or smaller, with all the sweat that they can muster out of the good and true real-music loving teenagers of the country. But that contradicts any money-making really so I won't hold my breath!

Forgive me if I'm going over old ground but as it's getting on the news I can still see momentum in it.
