• This Deluxe edition of Paul Weller's second solo album follows the
overwhelming success of the 2005 Deluxe reissue of `Stanley Road'
(sales to date - 47,000) and the platinum-selling `Hit Parade'
collection. The project has been personally overseen by Paul Weller
and producer Brendan Lynch.

• Paul Weller re-established his place at music's top table with this
life-affirming, second solo album - he gained the
nickname `Modfather' reflecting his revered status within the
UK `Britpop' movement. There was a feeling of stretching out with
more diverse influences – particularly the pastoral British folk/pop
of Nick Drake, Traffic, Van Morrison and even Crosby, Stills & Nash.

• Packed with extras - includes all the relevant b-sides, mixes and
related tracks. Original album features the classic hit singles Wild
Wood, Sunflower, Hung Up and The Weaver.

• Features no less than 21 demos, alternative versions, BBC session
tracks and unreleased songs from the Wild Wood period.

• The 32-page booklet features extensive new sleevenotes by Lois
Wilson, including brand new interviews with Weller and others.
