PW was edited out from German MTV so I've applied for a new job in Italy, havin said that Prince impressed the sh*t out of me - what a natural player and he has loads of fit birds on stage shakin their thingys at the camera! Much better than an office job, aint it? -- SK, 21:35:33 02/20/06 Mon

AK - hey I expected all of those tunes except Floorboards... :-) I was buzzing all evening and would have loved to have seen Weller's face during the James *unt "performance"... hey jezza I recorded it but it's on TV hard disk so I need to work out how to transfer it -- spence, 23:38:13 02/17/06 Fri

I was out of the country when this was aired so only just managed to watch the recording. Whilst obvioulsy pleased for PW and the crew I couldn't believe they didn't prepare a decent biography of his life and career. The pieces on the Kinks and the Who during the C4 Music Hall of Fame show last year were a much better format for a tribute than Weller got. And whilst Ray Winstone may be a mate wouldn't have been more appropriate to have Ray Davies or Pete Townshend for example giving their own tribute whilst presenting the award? -- The Weaver, 13:03:55 03/15/06 Wed
