[> Was this award ceremony fully-televised? Did anyone record it? I watched some short news report that ONLY showed PAUL walking down the red carpet. No performance highlights or speech highlights, nothing...(Sob)! -- MODjerry, 16:19:32 02/17/06 Fri

[> I was out of the country when this was aired so only just managed to watch the recording. Whilst obvioulsy pleased for PW and the crew I couldn't believe they didn't prepare a decent biography of his life and career. The pieces on the Kinks and the Who during the C4 Music Hall of Fame show last year were a much better format for a tribute than Weller got. And whilst Ray Winstone may be a mate wouldn't have been more appropriate to have Ray Davies or Pete Townshend for example giving their own tribute whilst presenting the award? -- The Weaver, 13:03:55 03/15/06 Wed
