形式"初賽為24名參賽者(每8人一組),
****3組初賽最高分頭8名入決賽****

日期:初賽2月4日(7:00pm,9:00pm)共2場,2月五日(7:00pm),決賽日期稍候公佈.

地點:九龍灣 V-Zone 舉行.

初賽以抽籤形式,抽籤日期 28/1/2003

報名費為每位$150
冠軍:獎杯一隻(可刻上自己隻3戰日文馬名)及獎品編號第700號的神秘禮品一份
亞軍: 獎品編號第400號的神秘禮品一份
季軍: 獎品編號第200號的神秘禮品一份

計分 (12,8,6,4,3,2,1)

1.所有3戰馬"不可以"獲得任何G1
2.所有3戰馬必須定為"3戰2勝"或"3戰3勝"
3.所有3戰馬總賞金必須為1億至1億4000萬之內(以上這樣可確保"沒有"迴轉馬的出現)
4.參賽時所有3戰馬必須休養(注意!!休養後表能力2.3.4會每行加一格，而亦會有可能隻馬會唔休養)
5.除5場1600M外,每位參賽者須硬性抽籤逃兩場
