The altitude at the start was actually 8150ft, temp 40 F, and it poured rain for the first 10 miles. It was also downhill for the first 14-15 miles and with a knee/quad killer slope. Whine, whine,...
I swore I'd never go over 5 hrs in a marathon but I was wrong! Haha..What was I thinking to run in Colorado??
I'm sure we all have our "favorite" awful marathon story.
