Subject: Hill training (or what passes for Hills) Tuesday at 5:30 am

I'm going to run up and down a series of long hills on Tuesday, June 17 at about 5:30 in the morning. the hills are on Kimball Drive at the end of the Shane Willbanks Trail at Lakeshore Drive and Kimball in Grapevine. Probably a 45 minute workout. Anyone is welcome! -John
