I think the scooter racing is a good idea Dave. The problem is always lots of places to go and only a limited amount of dates and as Dave Lewis said before, trying to have destinations spread as evenly as possible around the Midlands.

I guess we should consider starting with a clean slate and question every destination/event. Are people getting fed up with the VMSC show/Stratford etc or are these sacred cows? Do people prefer to go to a town centre or to an out of town pub? Are country lanes preferred to main roads as a means of the route getting to the destination?
