There is no designated legal parking for the rideout in Stratford. We have never had any luck with a pub in the centre being prepared to host us. we got close one year with Cox's Yard but they pulled out, and another year the Misfits were able to set up a pub just up the road.

Like every other run each rider will be responsible for his own safe and legal parking and if you have read the links that I put up earlier today you may elect to use the designated bike parking in front of the multi storey near the bridge.

In previous years many of us have parked on the grass oposite the bridge near the marina car park. This is not official parking and has not been set up by us. We have been tolerated in the past but this could be different this year.

Everyone please bear in mind that the bikers are trying hard to hang on to their traditional waterside parking (where the tickets are being issued). Their case is not going to be helped by us all piling in everywhere so please try to keep it sensible and not cause an obstruction. Remember also that it was seeing the bikers on a Sunday there that gave Mark Baker the idea of setting up Midlandscooters.com in the first place.

This is The Big One, lets hope for some dry weather and a safe rideout and not too many £35.00 tickets.

Phil
