Men charged in scooter death case
Two men have been charged in connection with an incident in which a 55-year-old man was attacked and later died.

Police said an altercation took place in Brunswick Park, Wednesbury, in which a man was injured and a scooter was stolen at about 2145 BST on Friday.

The man was taken to hospital but later died. Police said tests are being carried out to work out exactly what the cause of death is.

Two men, aged 21 and 23, have been charged with aggravated vehicle taking.

The 23-year-old man also faces charges of driving without insurance and driving without a licence.
