Steve

I'm surprised that Swinton was so expensive, I got mine really cheap........£7.00 fully comp is pretty damned cheap!!!!!!

This is what I did;

First of all I did a screen scrape of insurers using information here:
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/insura ... -insurance

I found that Swinton was cheapest at £72.00

They currently have a £30 cash back offer, but if you go through a cash back site like Topcashback you can also get an extra £15.00 off (when I did mine it was £35.00 off).

All you have to do is register with them and whenever you want to buy something online, you go through that site and check whether the merchant offers cash back..... usually you can get some money off. I've done it with car insurance, home insurance, stuff from Argos, Amazon, etc, etc. You don't have to pay anything, you just click through to the merchant. There's a link here:

http://www.topcashback.co.uk/ref/boonyed

I got my insurance from Swinton for ......£72.00, less £35.00 from Topcashback and a £30.00 cheque from Swinton. So all in all I paid..........7 of our Great British Pound notes...... for fully comprehensive insurance on a Lammy GP 200!!!!!!

It doesn't get much better than that!
Andy
