I agree, anyone who has a suggestion for a Midlands scooters.com event should post it on the forums page.

The committee could then discuss all of the ideas at the AGM and then investigate which ones are feasible between the AGM and February before publishing a list of events on the Midland scooters.com website.

My suggestions would be:

1) Make the Easter and Xmas toy runs more of a family event, i.e. other halves and kids to meet after the ride out some place, have scooter sounds and burgers etc....scooterists may stay longer at these events if family are there.

2) Link one or two of the Midland scooter ride outs with events happening in Birmingham.
Mods May Day or Brum Beat
For these events the ride out start point could be from somewhere else i.e. The Lamp Tavern, Hagley road, we could all then ride into the city centre together to promote the Birmingham scooter scene.

3) Link the ride out with another event where there is some thing happening. Transport event.

Cheers

Keep the suggestions coming.
