NW "Pageant Closet Clean out"

Another pageant Mom and I were wondering how much interest there
would be in us putting together a "Pageant Closet Cleanout". Items
such as: clothes, shoes, old talent tapes, etc.

Our initial thoughts are:

1. Plan for it in the spring (ie Feb/March)
2. Although we both live in Oregon, we were thinking that if we did
it up in WA, maybe Tacoma or somewhere around there, we'd get a lot
more people from WA and maybe ID :)
3. We'd find a hotel with a meeting room and everyone would have
their own table/space.
4. We'd have a dressing/ try on room.
5. Everyone is responsible for their own items.
6. Not sure if we'd do it in one or two days. Depends on feedback I
get.
7. There would be a flat fee for having your "space", it would
depend on the room cost and how people would be interested.
8. Payment/ and commitment would need to be made to us 30 days prior
to the event, so if we didn't get enough interest to pay for the
meeting room, we'd have time to cancel it.

We just feel that sometimes it just easier trying and seeing items in
person, rather than on-line where sometimes you can't be certain what
you are getting until it arrives.

hey Donna, the best place to do it during Feb/March would be at UMMI Mini Nationals. You have a large selection of girls in one place with their mothers. You could rent a room or get a space from Nicole and have a huge one day sale. lol
