劉清平攝影展

展覽開幕：八月十二日　晚上六時至八時三十分

主辦： UMA G 一间画廊

UMA G 「一间画廊」植根灣仔，位於具葡萄牙歷史背景的聖佛蘭士街，與設計公司並立。UMA 取自葡萄牙文「一」字；G有gallery (畫廊) ，ground (地方) ，gathering (聚會) 之意。遊走於純藝術空間與營運藝廊之間，既致力推動本地文化藝術，同時亦希望藝術推廣涉及建築設計和室內設計，以跨領域模式鼓勵藝術家、建築師及設計師的創作與實踐；並提供發表空間，讓公眾認識本地的藝術家和創作人才；希望將藝術創作推及整個社區，提高欣賞能力，從而共同建構一個民間的文化藝術社區。

“Time Exposure”「時間‧曝光」是UMA G以「時間」為題的第一個展覽，特別邀請了香港攝影家劉清平先生為UMA G 「曝光」。

劉清平攝影展以「時間‧曝光」為主題，他對時間有一套自己的詮釋：「如果要重新設計我的拍照工具，最好能將快門按鈕添加多幾段選擇，在千分一秒後，有一小時、一日、一年或是全方位的一輩子的曝光時段。最想拍下的，就是這樣的一段時間，一段巨細無遺的時間包容。我想這將會是照相機中快門先決攝影模式的終極選擇。」

劉氏在香港生活，曾於理工太古設計學院修讀設計及攝影課程。近期的展覽包括：「現在就是未來」，「Visible Sound | Time Machine」及「香港觀記」。
