This section will be for the president and me to post in only. It is a copy of the log:A list of the names and ranks of all members. I will not post the emails incase the members wish their emails to remain private. Legitature a list of rules witch must be followered dureing all official and unofficial games.

Non-Clan User " Sweenis"
IS to be banned from all games hosted by Israeli Clan Members.
He is charged with turning on an ally, for the "palistinian" cause.
This Ban is not to be lifted for any reason.
Note this is old information and other then me and pres i havent seen any of them in a long time. Member monkey who has been promoted to marine has not yet been put in the log. The president has said he will send me a updated log and when it is avialeble i will upgrade this with monkey in it.

The Israeli Clan Legislature
How it works
This section is intended for non-members, new members, or those who do not know how the Israeli clan works.
1. Each player creates a new (EE) online screen name each time he is promoted. i.e. if you join today, and your screenname is "Bowman9", you will be given a clan screen name "Israeli_Citizen_Bowman9".
2. A player gets a promotion by attaining an assigned number of commendations from other players. The higher the rank, the more costly the promotion. See the RANKS section for more on promotions.
3. This clan is a group of people who are a member of one group, follow the same rules, and play together often. You might call this clan an "Empire Earth Community" as that is what it is meant to be.
4. The board decides new actions, rules, and game dates. The Board is generally made up of a President, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ramatkal.
5. Clan Members will receive an E-mail notifying them of clan Games 24-48 hours prior to game time.

Ranks:
A clan member generally begins his career as a Citizen, and works up to the highest possible ranking. To find out more on this, go to the How it works section. Below is a list of ranks and requirements.
Ranking - Requirements:
Citizen - 1 commendation
Marine - 2 commendations
Sniper - 3 commendations
Captain - 3 commendations
General - 3 commendations
Admiral - 3 commendations
Strategist - 4 commendations
Secretary of State - 4 commendations
Ramatkal - Has the same powers as Vice President - A Ramatkal may not lose his assigned position.
Prime Minister - Has the same powers as Vice President - A Prime Minister may not lose his assigned position
Vice President - A Vice President has the same powers as president, and may not lose his position. However, the President always has the ultimate power over a Vice President.
President - The President is the clan leader, and has the ultimate power over the clan, to change rules, schedule games, impose bans and warnings upon users, etc.

VIP - A VIP is an originally assigned player that has obtained a special ranking due to the involvement in the founding of the Israeli Clan. A VIP's Rank may not under any circumstances be changed. VIPs, however, must follow the same rules as other players. For more on rules, go to the RULES section

Rules:
1. All Clan Members must obey game rules. If they neglect to obey rules imposed in a game, they will be given one or more warnings, and if the problem persists, a long-term ban will be imposed upon them.
2. Clan Members may not play against other members. In all clan games, Members will take one team, and fight against non-clan members.
3. ALL Israeli clan games are PROFANITY FREE. If anyone uses inappropriate language, they will be warned and banned temporarily if the problem persists.
4. Allies must cooperate and help their teammates as they can. If a player refuses to help the rest of his team on a regular basis, and it is determined that he can and simply won't, he may be demoted to a lower rank. Such behavior, however, does not insicrate a ban.
5. In no case may a player attack allied forces intentionally, unless he is responding to an attack made by allied forces against him or another ally.
6. No Cheat Codes are allowed. If a player admits to the use of cheat codes, he will be given a warning, and from that point on, be expected to refrain from such conduct.
7. If a wartime accident takes place, (i.e. troops on the ground are injured by bombs dropped on another target) they are obligated to, by request of the player, pay a reasonable amount of tribute for the accident.
8. In Diplomacy games, all is determined by player opinions, and therefore, Rule numbers 4, 5, and 7 are revoked. However, a player's status amongst other players may decrease dramatically if they play unfairly. Keep in mind that All other rules shall remain in effect regardless of game type.
9. Players are expected to keep drop outs to a minimum. However, there is no rule against drop-outs, and no warnings will be issued due to them.
10. If a new rule is declared, players will be notified, and are obligated to follow it immediately.
11. If the Ramatkal, Prime Minister, or Vice President makes changes to the Clan Log, He must send the latest information to the president, who will add the update to the official log. This rule is in place to insure order of bookkeeping.
12. If the Ramatkal, Prime Minister, or Vice President wishes a change in rules, ranks, etc., he must first discuss the matter with the president, and the president will make the needed update.
13. If the President makes an update to the Clan Legislature (Rules and ranks), he must send the updated version to all clan members.
14. If the President makes an update to the Clan Log, he must send the updated version to the Ramatkal, Prime Minister, and Vice President
15. Rules 11-14 Apply to VIPs as well as other high-ranking Israeli Clan officials.
16. What is not mentioned in the clan rules is open ended, and is to be decided on a case-by-case basis, by the Israeli Clan Board.
