IT should be properly rebranded as 'pebble wrestling' and the wearing of lycra and/or costumes from the movie 300 + use of competition names (The undertaker etc.) made mandatory so that it gains the respect it deserves as a sport.

Hopefully we will see a WPWF (World Pebble Wrestling Foundation) appear in due course to help in this. In the short term I strongly believe the LUMC should take a lead by demanding spandex NOW for use of Uni facility and motion this be on the agenda for the next exec meeting and brought in with immediate effect for any further competitions at the Uni bouldering facility.

All contestants should also be encouraged to make a speech before commencing their attempts. And to win a belt as a trophy - if we don't finish these competitions like this:

Why have them?
