Advocacy worker /coordinator (Ealing) – maternity cover, initially to December 2004
£16,881 per annum plus benefits. Up to 28 hours per week.
Advocacy Voice provides a high quality service enabling people with learning disabilities, in the boroughs of Ealing and Harrow to obtain their full rights and privileges as citizens. We have a maternity cover vacancy and are recruiting an advocacy worker / coordinator.
We are looking for someone with very good organisational and interpersonal skills. Knowledge and understanding of the issues facing people with learning disabilities and the basic principles of advocacy are essential. Candidates must display a clear commitment to equal opportunities.
