Head lifts upon seeing the girl but no move to stand was made, even if she wanted to she was to week still. Head laid back down seeing her leave, eyes blanketed, she slowly drifted off to sleep.

(sorry it took me so long to reply, i was out of town and completly forgot to tell you, really sorry)
A few hours later the mare brought herself to her feet, feeling much better, of course her wounds hurt and legs ached from the constant strain she had put on them. Slowly her muzzle dipped into the water and began to drink.
