Venus watches things around her, uads flicking back and forth.

Small flicka moves towards dam, ears back as head low submissively, mare turning dial as auds lay back againest foal, ivories snatching out at her as they graze across hind as youngster stumbles backwards, rejected by her mother.

First hour not so much of a worry but can't leave the youngster much longer, slipping inside the stable watches them carefully.

Venus snorts, reverting back to the corner when Kas enters, staying as far from her as possible.

Hawkeye watches few feet from Kas, small ears flicking back nad forth every now nad then, though not showing much intrest in anything.

"Hey youngster, lets see what we can do about getting you fed" little chance the mare will let her near to try and corner her to get the youngster on, probably the wouldn't hate the unease around humans or the youngster. Hopefully the young one won't have any anti-human tendicences yet.

Flicka lookings up, small auds perked forward in intrest, though slighlty unsure, more of the fact the only other animal to come near her, her mother, had atacked her. Snorts slightly as dial drops down, ears laying flat in submissive behaviour.

"Hopefullly your mum will come round but for now lets get you ready to meet it head on" Hand ruffling the baby fur gently perhaps not time to give up on the business yet, had got so hung up on the death forgot that the circle finds a way to continue. From behind her back brings round a warmed bottle, "powered collestrum not as good but all we can offer you for now" squeezes the teat so a bubble of the subsitute hangs off the edge before showing it to the youngster.

Flicka watches, not really understand about the bottle, after all she hadn't drunk from her mother even. Head tilts slightly, unable to work this strange thing out.

Acceptance of alot but this was quite strange, chewing slightly as head jerks up, not really understanding, everything was still so new to her so nothing scared her, but this was a strange feeling.

Staying with her dial, "Its nothing bad you'll see" squirting some milk onto her finger she slides it in again. Pressure upwards again looking for the reflex.

Painted youngster stands, hungrily drinking as she pulls at the bottle in impatience while drinking. stick like from limb snapping up every now and then for one reason or another.

Venus snorts, watching both abandoned youngster and human, ears pinned back, wild eyes watching the pair.

Slips out staying near, at least shes paying the youngster some attention now. Will give her the time she needs Hawkeye took to the bottle so shouldn't be problems keeping him going herself if need be.

Flicka looks to the door, before light questioning nicker emitted, looking around her, as half step towards dam made, Venus quickly spinning on her, teeth bared, ears laid flat as she snaps at the youngster, flicka quickly scrambling to move out of the way, mother clearly not intrested in thr well being of her foal.

Moving just into the neighbouring stable closing the door before letting Hawk loose. Moving about the box checking that its foal safe.
