Subject: Lost my boyfriend at age 43

My boyfriend died at age 43 of a brain stem stroke. I have taken him back to the doctors for the past three months for dizziness loss of vision. They put him on high blood pressure medicine but problem still occured. They just gave me the run around every time I would call. He died on his birthday may 31st. I was finally falling in love with this man after a very hard divorce of 20 years. I have tried to speak to my guides and him but I am so lost and alone. Can you give me some in sight in which road I'm to go.

Thanks
