Subject: Exercise for your sense's

We are born with six senses: Seeing (eyes); Hearing (ears); Touching (skin sensors); Smelling (nose); Tasting (tongue and mouth); and a sixth sense (mind) which is also called intuition or Psyhic sense.. The sixth sense is extremely powerful. Most of us haven't developed our five senses to any great extent, and yet the sixth sense utilizes our first five senses from time to time in addition to using its own mental abilities. These will be suggestions on becoming more sensitive to external and internal stimuli. They only take a few minutes and should be practiced daily till you are satisified that you are "tuned in" to the stimuli as an innate part of your behavior. Then you won't have to practice consciously as you will have conditioned youself to be sensitive at all times subconciously.

Most Psychics use sight a great deal in their work. There are two kinds of psychic sight. The first involves seeing images, scenes or other images inside your own mind. The second involves seeing images, scenes or beings outside your mind; such as an apparition (ghost or entity).

Exercise # 1. Sensitizing Your Sense of Sight

*At night, with no lights on, look around study and identify the shapes you see. Do this in bed, out in your yard, walking the sidewalk in your neighborhood, etc.
*As you identify each shape, say (either mentally or out loud, as you prefer)... This is what a (name the object) looks like in the dark. I am sensizing my sight to recognize objects in the dark and under any lighting situation.
*During daylight, take a few seconds to observe what is around you.
*Mentally repeat what you see and say, I am training my subconcious to accurately observe my environment at all times.
*Say: I command my subconcious mind to always alert me to everything I need for my benefit and protection, so that I may function to my fullest Psychic capacity...

The Exercise is illustrative... You can use it as is, or create your own to achieve the same conditioning. Practice every day for a few minutes, as it greatly increases your awareness of your environment. You'll be amazed how many things exist which you were not conciously aware of... You will discover as your progress that you must be flexible in the methods you use... The more you learn and experience, the more you will find that you can change and simplify the modes you employ for using your senses.. Visualization is Probably the greatest of all abilities in performing Psychic work


Hearing: When you hear something psychically it is called Clairaudience. This is the ability to hear audible messages from outside the normal range of sources.

Exercise # 2. Sensitizing Your Sense of Hearing

*When you go to bed at night, lay quietly for a few minutes. In bed we usually tune out all sound, unless it is so loud we are forced to hear it. Instead, concentrate on all the sounds you hear, and try to identify them.
*Listen carefully. You might hear the refrigerator cycle, or the ice maker drop a load of ice.
*A vehicle may pass by on the street. Is it a Truck, Car or Motorbike?
*You may hear an airplane; Is it a Jet; a Hellicopter? Motor driven or propellor driven?
*Voices may drift in from outside. Are they adult voices or childrens voices?

You get the idea.... Identify sounds of the night whatever they may be, including the sound of your own breathing and heartbeat, or the sounds of your partner (if any). Don't overlook anything. Train your hearing to be sensitive to all sounds especially the Soft Sounds that may be almost hidden by the other louder sounds.. When your Psychic mind speaks to you it is often Soft and might otherwise be drowned out if you are not sensitive to distinguishing all sounds...

Programming The Subconcious: To assure that you will hear only sounds when it is important, Program your Subconcious Mind. The following is a Sample, you may alter it to suit yourself. The Instructions I will give also apply to all other Programming, so I will not repeat them after each exercise...................................
Begin by lying in bed with your eyes closed while you listen for the sounds of the night.
*Say to yourself (Talk out loud unless it is not prudent to do so) I am listening to the sounds of the night.
*The sounds I hear are (name the sounds you hear)
*I am listening to and identifying these sounds to sensitize my hearing.
*I command my Subconcious Mind to always be alert to any sounds that I need to hear for my own safety and for improving communication with all intelligence and cosmic conciousness.

Exercise # 3.

Smelling: At times, the sense of smell is related to a psychic encounter of a paranormal experience. Such as contact by a deceased loved one, which is often associated with a pungent smell (such as Roses). While scent may not be a psychic encounter that happens often, its still valuable information and should be sensitized also.

Sensitizing Your Sense of Smell:

*Take a few seconds to relax and sniff the air whenever you are to discover what odors may be around you.
*Try this exercise in a restaurant or in your kitchen. Open a few containers of spices such as cinnamon, cumin, or basil and sniff them. Sniff whatever food you may have in the refrigerator.
*Sniff in the air when you are putting gas in your car.
*When you identify odors, mentally tell yourself what you are smelling.
*Program your Subconcious to remember the names of the things you have identified with your sense of smell, using the Programming Your Subconcious listed above.

Exercise # 4.

Touching: You are most likely to make use of your sense of touch ( a feeling on your skin) if you are having an encounter with an Entity. You may also have physical skin sensations if you are involved in psychic healing.

Sensitizing You Sense of Touch -- Temperature Often you will detect an Entity by a difference in temperature between one location and another. Usually the area near the Entity will be quite cold.
*Place an ice cube or two in your hand. At the same time, place a warm object in the other hand.
*Close your eyes and observe the difference in temperatures.
*Tell yourself you are sensitizing your body to psysically recognize Temperature Differences.
*Program your Subconcious to remember the Temperature Differences and how they feel, using Programming Your Subconcious listed above.

Sensitizing Your Sense of Touch -- Texture In this exercise you will touch a variety of Substances while mentally telling yourself what you are touching. Program your Subconcious in addition to remember what they were and what they felt like.
*Choose and Substances that are handy, including food stuffs in your refrigerator, the siding of your house, the sidewalk, glassware, and so forth. Use your Imagination and resourses...
*Concentrate on how each Substance feels (rough, smooth, slick, gritty etc)

Exercise # 5.

Taste: It is also possible to experience bitter, sweet and acrid tastes when doing Psychic work...


Sensitizing Your Sense of Taste:
*Pause momentarily while eating or drinking and savor the taste of whatever is in your mouth.
*Program your Subconcious Mind to remember what it is you are tasting

i m an interface designer and would like to learn more about how to sensitize my senses as it will help me in my profession to understand the users better and help me grow as an indiviual.
