Subject: need a lawyer who will fight and/or help information



Hello to you,

I need a bit of creditable information for me to fight for a way to stay in my home, preferably by dismissal of mortgage bebts or mortgage arrarage payments, by claim of hardshis or any other reason pertaining to my case? ( I have a letter of hardship explaination that is avaible upon request.)

My goal is to reatin the stay of I, (Under Chapter 13 bankruptcy) the debtor and the Co-debtor"Stay" in the property, altimately releiving me of any debts owed to the housing foundations involved and the mortgage company?
I would like to know if you know of any reasons, petitions,or suits that I can file to motion:
1. Involition lawyer representation; (Lawyer made agrrement of a dual monthy payment consisting of reg. payments and rearage payments due by I , the deabtor with the mortgage company without my knowledge and or signatures prior to or post agrrement on April 1 2003 to start payments april 1 and 15 and so fourth for 6 consecutive months. with the knowledge that I would be irreachable for that business day. I did not recieve any pre permission or need base for this agreement at any time. This was totally done between the mortgae companies attorneys. and my attorney . I feel I was mis represented and irreplacibly harned by her legal representaton. I fell I was a party to a convidence game after my confidence was won by unauthorotherized disclosure.

2. Also, am I in any right to petition a throw out of my mortgage debt by just reason or a suit of personal injury because; in the letter attatched to the agreement my lawyer made with the mortgage attornoes,on the 1stof april to begin payments on the 1st of april or receive futher pinioalization from the mortgage company. The only documentaton I recicieved was on April 3rd, scared by blue and yello ink. Sent to me by standard us postal method, in no attempts to rush the document. The letter was a compolation of this agrrement, post maridiam,by fasimily trnsmitted documentaton, which I understand to be illegal use of signature.?Nevermind the fact I never signed it nor did the co debtor.
FYI: I called the mortgage comany asap after receiving this knowledge on april 3rd. The only information I was allowed was that the computer system at the mortgage compamny stated I still had a hearing april 1 2003 and the attorneys have no comments. And futhermor I am not welcome at this time to pay any debts to the institution as stated by the representative I spoke with.

3. I also beleive reason for thiis quote qritten by my lawyer to me attatched to the "agreement," Lawyer stated,

"However, you and I both know that because of your income situation, you are exsperiencing the amount of arrage owed to the mortgafe company at the time of filling that your plan does not at this time adequatly protect the mortgae companyor taxing intities. This is compounded by the fact that you have not been able and do not have any idea when you will be able to make mothly mortgage mayments."

4. Or possibly petition for re-dress of greevances or recovery of a right? Therefore, relieving the debtors of mortgage interest and/or arrearage debt . FYI the intities invoved are a government foundation and a mortgae company that claim to protect low-income families such as I and the co debtor. In my opinion, contridiction to their claim to protect, they reversably are harming .
