Subject: Rebel mission 4?

 I cannot find the fourth rebel mission in EV Classic(The one after the Special ops missions and parcell missions.)
My combat rating is Dangerous, my legal rating in the rebellion is Good Egg in most places.

Any information concerning how to get THIS mission or how you got it would be appriciated.
