Date Posted: 15:30:04 12/07/02 Sat In a land of little hockey With ice 60 miles away My son with friend decided This was the sport they longed to play I knew so very little This sport so foreign to me And to travel all that distance Was just more than I could see A check was just a form of cash And icing was for cakes And to buy my son a garter belt Was a little hard to take That was many miles ago That's brought us to this day I feel my son or daughter could not have picked A greater sport to play!!
