Good idea, but a tough sell. Taxes on items such as liquor, gasoline, and eventually income would likely have to rise dramatically. Sweden is an example of this-half of what you make goes to the gub'ment, but, for 10 bucks, you can get a heart transplant. It's give and take for sure, just in different places. We lazy Americans want everything and don't want to change to get it. I doubt El Presidente has this on his agenda, but it should be.
