The USA men's basketball team's crushing defeat at the hands of mighty Puerto Rico brought a couple things to light:
1) The rest of the world, not just Eastern Europe and Argentina, is catching up to us on the court.
2) No one on this team can shoot.
3) The era of NBA All-Star team dominance in the Olympics needs to end, even if we medal in Athens.
4) Did anyone in charge at the USOC realize that Allen Iverson is the captain, and Larry Brown is the coach?
Thoughts...?
