Nice Racial profiling Dan, drug habits? Inner city gangs? Do you actually know where the inner city is? Not quite all black people are sitting on porches drinking a fourty they bought with their food stamps and welfare. Why should anyone "make sure" of anything about what the money is used for? No one made sure of what people used their slaves for back in the day, did they?
