I can count on one hand the number of times I've eaten at McD's in the last year, and I tend to steer toward healthier (though still maybe not healthy) choices when I have to eat on the go. The best solution I have found is that if you absolutely HAVE to eat fast food, order the kids' meal. You don't NEED a double cheeseburger with bacon and mayonnaise, a pound of fries, and a gallon of soda. Portion size control on your part goes a long way. Plus you get a neat toy.
