芳芳，想不到你會在此時問及這一條問題。我之前有考慮過，但二月以來便一直忙著，我不想提了出來又不跟進，這樣事情便會不了了之。這不是不條無聊的問題，請容許我們之間多點理性的討論。

成不成立一個合法組織，不必然是想與不想對與不對，而是是不是時候。我一直在想這一個問題－－哪一個才是合適的時候去做這一件事？－－而「這一件」的定義不只止於成立合法組織，而更是我對我們做的每一件事。

成立合法組織的而且確有利於我們長期的發展，但問題是我們是否有共同意識去認為我們需要／想要這長期的「發展」，我們是否有此「企圖」去「發展」。若要是「發展」，那我們「發展」些甚麼，若非然，那我們又為甚麼要去成立一個合法組織？

成立非牟利機構好像是免費的，如果去政府場地 book 場亦能因為此「身份」而打折頭。但這亦牽涉很多行政上的事情，就正如山地所說。我們是否有足夠的人手和心力去面對這種種？如果只是有一兩個人走出來說自己願意承擔的話，這便不是我們十幾個人的事，亦說不上是「黃炳鳳」的事。

亦，如果我們企圖成立合法組織，我們的分工會是如何？有多少個人願意／能夠（而不只說有心）長期負責其岡位？

暫時想到的是這些，急急在課堂上打下。我們來討論吧！
