Subject: Help meeee

I bought a Honda Odyssey, it needs some superficial work done but i need to find a new engine so does ne1 know of an engine that i could swap with the factory 1 for my 248cc. It doesn't go anywhere near fast enough. And does ne1 know where a guy could get a replacement seat my last 1 got chewed up by mice. oh 1 more thing, i know very little about mechanics and wing my way through most projects so if it is a sensitive operation please b very descriptive. Thanx
