Subject: Old Crosby

yuo have made a good job of it although I was born in Bootle I spent many happy days at Enbutt lane No 3 if I remember next to the dairy my Grandmother Mrs Ann Maria Hooton and her son George and Aunty Lilly and her four children Leslie,Norman,(who emigrated to New Zealand)Gladys
Who married a Mr,Mathews.and Eric. They would all be in their eighties if alive as I am coming up to 86 and only took up genealogy two year ago from the free lessons.
If there was a chance I would like confirmation of the Hooton family grave at St Lukes I remember as you walked up the left of the church and turned left it was close to the fence.
if you would like to correspond I would be glad to tell you what I remember of Crosby and the tram rides that finished at the old Police station.

yours sincerely john Arnold
