Subject: voter apathy/dismay

I hereby unveil my apprehensive, all-inclusive solution to the decline in voter participation.
This solution is meant not only to increase voter participation, but to increase political awareness, involvment, and enthusiasm. It is to spur or stir or ignite a greater interest and excitement to contribute to the community. It is to build community interaction, with neighbors speaking more often about issues that affect their society than about the latest movie or television series.
This I do on behalf of those who levied and marketted me the idea that "there is no telling how much good a man can do if he doesn't care who gets the credit."
At the same time, my comprehensive understanding and deep perpetual insight, would lead me to wish to play a part in the implementation of the idea: the presentation to the public and the city/state/national government. My ideas are many. I work well with others. I love making a difference and infusing excitement for life. So if this idea sounds of interest, I hope I am included.
The idea certainly will not be as successful if not presented in the right way.
The idea that could be the solution to voter participation is to have a tax incentive to where all who participate in so many elections receive a generous amount.
Of course there are problems with the idea, that could be resolved.
There could also be a tax increase for those who didn't vote: some sort of penalty. Or they could lose benefits.
But I think the people who vote deserve a tax break because they are generally the ones who are trying to improve society and make life better for others.
