Karl,

Good to hear from you. I'm eligible to retire, but still working. My wife and I were ready to move, we sat down and created a why and whynot list, (to move to MN). When all was said and done, the winter won. We decided we could not handle the very harsh winters in the midwest(and she's from there). Right now we have the best of all worlds, in the great climate of the west in fall/winter, and summer in MN.
I'm going to send you what I think are the names for some of those ? on the pictures. Are you still in the Sierra Vista Area?
My father passed away last April and my mom moved in with my sister, so the old Rubalcaba homestead in Globe is up for sale. My sister had the house upgraded with AC/Heat and Stuccoed. Hard to believe that growing up, our house would freeze on the inside! All we had was a sizeable gas heater in the living room.

More later, once again nice to hear from you, I really have not heard much from anyone else, but then again I don't go out of my way to contact anybody. How about that 35 year thing?

Ramon
