He looked up through bruised eyes giving everything a tint of crimson, he grumbled several curse words as he saw the massive creature next to him.
His arms felt weak and we're shaking heavily as he tried to right himself in the water so he could fly out, his white wings were smudged with spots of burnt feathers, they were also drenched in water preventing any chances of flight.
He winced in pain as his wing flapped a few more times before giving up *
