The spider woman looked up and saw Victor go for the lightning head. *Well, that should help a bit,* she thought, *but this problem needs to be attacked at the roots*
She stopped running and started powering up for her Octbeam (see my bio for description). Once powered she fired it directly at the place where the bases of the necks met the body of the beast. The powerful, wide beam of yellow energy shot out at an amazing speed, causing the water flooding the ground it passed over (as well as the ground itself) to be blasted away. The force of the beam would be enough to tear a hole in a thick wall of solid steel, so you could only imagine what it would do if it hit the monster.
