Those on deck could see that the water had a strange, blakish tint--which they gor a very good look at as a huge broke over the bow of the ship about every five seconds, drenching them. And those who were soaked felt a numb, slepy feling--it quickly came and went, but every time the seawater soaked them, the feeling returned... Meanwhile in the air... Suddenly Frieza and Redd both heard a sound like a soft chuckle, barely audible over the bitterly cold, howling wind--which suddenly increased tenfold, tearing violently at them...
