Subject: Couple of money-saving tips

Just a couple of ideas: 1. If you love to read, don't run out and buy that new bestseller. Check your local library. If they don't have it, ask. Most libraries are part of inter-library loan programs and can get almost any book.
2. Make one meat-less meal per week. Replace meat with lower-cost vegetables, a pasta dish or maybe an omelette. This is a healthy change, too!

This is so true - I have really cut back our grocery bill and we feel better too just by reducing the amount of meat we eat. I must tell you, we are MEATatarians and this hasn't been hard at all.
