Well have access to the room as long as I request for. But I don't know how many people, other than those who are staying the night, would feel like sticking around there for over 10 hours. I am going to try and snag 10 TV's for the tournament, which will be hard enough job itself, not including getting 10 cubes and 10 melees to go along with it. But I think well be able to manage.

I was thinking noon for a start time, with sign ups starting at 11:30. With 60 people, if they split into groups of 7, it would take at most an hour and a half to do the seeds with 10 TVs. The rest of the tournament would run about 3 to 4 hours.

The only thing I would want to post about a team tourney is the possibilty of one after the singles are complete. If we have enough people who feel like sticking around for teams that is great, and i'll mention something about it at the begining. But I wouldn't want to make anything offical, because we could already be under major time contranst as is. Not so much for the room, but just for having it not drag out too long. Also I still really don't have a good idea of how many people are going to show up.

I already have the website pretty much done. It needs a little more work and some more information. I just want to finalize everything before posting it. I don't have the room offically reserved yet. I have a request form for it. A student organization said they would give me their information to put on the form, so getting the room is almost gaurentted. But the form can't be turned in earlier than one month prior to the event. I am sure they won't care if it is a couple days early, I'll probably turn it in on monday and it says it will take up to 5 days to process.

I saw your post on the smash boards, it looked good to give people a heads up. I'll have the website done and posted by tomorrow, then we can make an offical post on the smash boards.

CIT is a good enough name for now. Until someone can come up with something better later or never does.
