i think ya missed a couple, but got a good chuckle from the melange. Thx.
i would say that apart from most likely the jazz butcher, as he's a long term pally the others are (talking heads we liked), are more a stroke of luck. i saw the feelies once. i couldnt see what people meant when they compared us. liked them when I saw em . if we sounded like anyone during rehearsals or whatever we'd usually change it. Suicide was a band we loved. Stuff wed listen too at the time ranged from Prince black album, yello new mix in one go,
i think the instrements we used also shaped the sound.
We tried to do OUR thing as much as possible but you bump into other people along the way. unless of course you have your formula and stick with it. our formula was ...to not have a formula.
