Hunting for William Elliott Bell's parents. What I know about him:
First immigrated to Canada where he married unknown lady, had my great grandmother - Mary Ann Bell born 1848 in Quebec. He married a second time to Maria Elliott in Westernport Maryland. He stated on a U.S. census that he born 1815 and a different census 1819. I'm lead to believe that he was born in Dublin. He answered on a census that his mother was Scottish and father was Irish. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
