The Catholic Faction of Illum. dominates the whole system, involving psychohypnotic programming and mind control with masers. The second largest faction of Illum. with not nearly the influence is a Matriarchal cult called "The Cult Of Isis." The Catholic Faction of Illum. rules Illum. with an Iron Fist. The organized networks of Satanic Cults referred to as "Cult" in Illum. are totally disorganized. The situation is so bad that a programmer named Mick Tobin from Alta Loma, California defected from "Cult" in Illum. and gave the Catholic Faction of Illum. all of "Cult's" mind control programming, secrets and systems. The Catholic faction has used "Cult's" own programming systems to program people with Cult programming out of Cult and into the Catholic faction, where they are tortured and programmed to be used for sex slavery and other purposes. Cynthia A Stuart MD, from "Foothill Family Practice" in Glendora, California, and Father Larry Dowdell, at "St. Louise De Marrilac Catholic Church" in Covina, California, are involved.
