Subject: Harry Hurley returns week-days!!!!!

Harry Hurley..."the guy that has changed local talk radio forever"...and that is a fact....yes Let's-Talk said that....returns 8:00---10:00 AM....
Competition is good.....Harry made them all better...think about it...be honest....

I just happen to tune in at about 9:15. He had his webmaster on and as usual he was patting himself on the back pretty darn hard. Also, gushing that he was going to get Dick Vitale to do a promo for his show (mimics Vitale saying wonderful things about Hurley). Then mentions that how humble his webmaster is, and you wonder - could you try some "humble" yourself? Sickening, some things never change. Heard him one day gushing like a child how he was gonna get his picture taken with Bush and then he cackles that this will make his detractors jealous. Puleeeeze! Get some help.

Is he good at what he does - reporting on the local scene? He sure is. And I agree competion is good. He started out last time on fire, beat Williams in ratings, then turned alot of people off with his attitude (not his reporting)and got hammered by Williams. Lets hope he can try not to screw up this second chance and maybe find a little bit of humility and maturity, add that to his drive and workman mentality and he'll be back on top.
