This year I visited the Prince William Faire, Vermont Faire, Sterling Renaissance Faire, and of course, KRF, loved all of them, loved all the people. PBJ and I intended to go to Texas this weekend but a scary thing called real estate tax got in the way, so we are planning to go to Arizona instead. I sang professionally for many many years, did a lot of community theater (in my time, an honorable thing to do) and have directed and produced a lot of children's theater as well (ah, yes and I had a folk group in the 60s as well). I think Big Brothers, etc is such a great thing - kudos to wart. RE boots, Kat, our pirate queen, works at a shop in Rhode Island where they have great boots that go up the calf very reasonably priced.... Yup, I know Kat, and I think she advertised the boots before krf started. I'm friends with John ...he gave me the nickname "wart" and he and Kat were the ones that got me the job in Arizona... ;-)
