Hi Chris
I have some info on this crash,in fact a few years back some "recovery group" got a licence to remove the wreckage untill I contacted the Brecon becons national park and they put a stop to it.it made the local news at the time which helped in protecting other sites as it made many people aware that crash sites are protected by law.
