Congratulations on this great website! Thanks also for commemorating Captain John N. Littlejohn, Jr. of the 388th BG and giving Skipper "an" the Kids a mention. Like you in 1972, I was "called" in 1990 to spend the past twelve years researching the complete history of this aircraft. Not only did I want to find out everything about those who died on her but also those who flew her in combat and maintained her at Knettishall. I have now contacted surviving relatives of 6 of those who died on Beinn Nuis and around 20 veterans who flew on her great many illustrious missions. Maybe one day I will get round to writing a book like youhave done so successfully!
