He turned his focus from Fiona to the waitress, catching her look. He sighed and figured he outta' let it go. He turned back to her as she spoke and shrugged. "Your choice m'dear". Naturally he added the name in spite of the waitress' look, having a bit of fun with the situation. He gave her a quick wink and smiled.
