Dark Akito finally stopped his retreat somewhere in a forest miles away from where his battle with the Celestial Knights had happened. He opened his hands and found that the wounded bird died sometime on the journey. The clone dug out a hole in the ground with his wrist blades and buried the bird in it. Now I am truly alone...

Eraxus stared up at the image of the Debiru lord Akuma.
"The Knights managed to destroy the clone of Sapphire's successor but the Gold clone escaped."

"That is an acceptable loss as long as the remaining clone does his job." Akuma said.

"Job wh...?" Eraxus started but he was cut off when Akuma's image disappeared.
