Chapter One - Going On a Trip
On the eve of their one year anniversary of becoming an official couple, Bo and Gabrielle laid in bed together,
innertwined comfortably underneath the bed sheets. He moved his head back slightly and looked into Gabrielle's
beautiful blue-green eyes, "Honey?" She rubbed the side of his shoulder with her hand and replied with a
loving sigh, "Uh-uh?" Bo sat up slightly and asked, " Do you want to go on a trip with me?" Gabrielle, "Where?" Bo
continued, "I was thinking somewhere in Europe." Gabrielle smiled, "Europe?" Bo grinned, "Yeah," he took her
hand, "Maybe we could go to England or France." Gabrielle laid there and smiled, "I would love to go to England.
What's the occasion?" Bo sat up and looked down at her restful body and leaned over her, "Honey, tomorrow's
our anniversary. You don't think I'd go and forget that, do you?" Gabrielle smiled and jokingly said, "No, but it's
not a guy thing." Bo laughed and kissed her. Gabrielle wrapped her arms around him and they made love.
*****
The following day, Bo and Gabrielle caught a flight to London, England, where they would spend two
unforgetable weeks. On the plane, they acted like a couple of lovesick teenagers, laughing, kissing, and not being
able to keep their eyes and hands off each other. It wasn't long until Bo and Gabrielle snuck to the back to join
the mile high club.
Once the plane landed, Bo took care of the baggage and escorted his gorgeous girl friend to their hotel. Bo
checked in, looked over at Gabrielle, and mouthed, "I love you." Gabrielle smiled adoringly mouthing, "I love you,
too." Bo took the room key and then Gabrielle's soft, warm hand, and walked to the elevators. When the doors
opened, they stepped in, put their arms around one another, and kissed, as the door closed.
A woman in a black buisness suit came from outside the lobby. On her head she wore a black baseball cap, and
carried a little black bag. Reaching into her bag, she pulled out her cell phone and dialed, "I think this is it. I have
found my mark. I'm moving in." She got onto the elevator, and unexplainably found their floor.
Bo picked up Gabrielle unexpectedly, "Bo, darling, what are you doing?" Gabrielle asked, surprisingly. "I'm
carrying you into our room." "You are so romantic," she sighed. When bo got the door open, he tripped over a
fruit basket, that was set on the floor by someone. Gabrielle landed on the carpet, while Bo stood over her, trying
not to laugh, "Aw, honey." Gabrielle extended her hand, "Help me up." He took both of her hands. Gabrielle pulled
as hard as she could causing Bo to fall to the floor. Gabrielle laughed along with Bo, and they kissed.
*****
Meanwhile, outside their hotel room, the woman from the lobby listened in at the door. She heard a chorus of
"Downtown," by Petula Clark, and realized that was coming from inside her purse. She reached into her purse and
pulled out her phone. While gazing at the name that appeared, the attractive woman thought to herself, "I thought I
told him not to call me here!" She answered annoyingly, "I thought I told you never to call me here!" The man
replied, "Hey, I don't take orders from you no more. You made your choice a long time ago, and I wasn't it." The
woman tried to block out her past, but it kept haunting her, "I know, but I had my reasons." The man sat in a
leather backed chair, holding a picture of the woman he once called his partner in crime . . .Jenna Bradshaw.
The woman, who was known by millions as the one who stole Spaulding Enterpises from under the
disfunctional family's nose, broke the silence by saying, "I can't do my job if you're going to keep calling me. I'll
call you, ok?" The man stroked her picture, "Goodbye, Jenna." He put down the phone, and placed her picture back
on his desk. Jenna went back to work. She reached the door, but heard a rustle. Hiding behind a potted plant,
Jenna watched as Bo and Gabrielle went out for dinner. Jenna opened her black bag and pulled out a hair pin. She
stuck it in the door, and jiggled the lock undone. Jenna pulled out a pair of gloves and snooped around the room
for any kind of jewelry. Suddenly, Jenna heard footsteps approaching the door. . .
