It's okay, Ms. Kangi; just stop squinting so much an' we'll get your retinal scans into the computer and then you won't have to worry about putting on the triple insulated electrician's gloves and grounding yourself before you try to dial in the combination.
....Arright, you closed your left eye again on that one.... yes, I KNOW the eyedrops sting a little bit but that's so we can get your pupils dilated enough to get a good image of your retinas. No, there ISN'T a big black oval-shaped cloud hovering in the space between my head and the scanner. I got a idea- maybe if we strap your forehead into this harness thingy here.....
Well, I had the injection before we scanned MY retinas, I dunno what you are fussing about, I was fine by Tuesday....

Am I gonna have ta call Mr. Color in here?
