Yeah, that's right. So the sneezing itself is not really a "small" matter; small but of big importance anyway. Some people seem embarrassed at sneezing. Once I read an article about a girlie who was, and she used to repress her sneezing which led to that a vein in her head (or brain, I don't remember which) split open and caused her big health problems. So better sneeze for your life! :o) This might explain the phrase "to your wishes".

Me neither. I don't think I ever saw an adult who didn't cover his/her mouth when sneezing, but some children forget about it sometimes but then a mother or a father mostly gets very upset and yell "cover your mouth!". All people don't cover their mouths in France...?
