As to Sunny's question I'd also answer with a no. Maybe it is more difficult to surf the web when America is awake so to say. I notice I can surf much faster and this site loads perfect when it's night or very early motning over at your place. That's why I get online before "my" noon, i.e. 6 hours before the timezone of this site. Now is about a half past eleven a.m. wheer I am. Once morning comes to America, I notice things get slower and don't always load very well anymore. So perhaps that's what caused some people had troubles here and some didn't - the web too crowded, who knows.
